Two Ways to Work Together
I offer two ways to help you become the red dot in a sea of gray.
The Red Dot Strategy Session is a 90-minute working session for clarity, positioning, and direction. It’s for founders and real estate professionals who want a clear visibility and content strategy—and plan to execute it themselves.
Red Dot Storytelling is an ongoing, done-for-you engagement where I serve as your Fractional Head of Storytelling & Content. I own the narrative and execution, ghostwriting your content and building consistent visibility without adding to your workload.
One is strategy only; the other is strategy plus execution.

Frequently Asked Questions
About the Process
1. What exactly does a ghostwriter do?
I take your ideas, experience, and expertise — and turn them into powerful words that sound like you on your best day. You get the credit. I do the heavy lifting.
2. How do you capture my voice so it sounds like me?
We start with a deep-dive conversation where I listen for your tone, phrasing, and thought patterns. Then I write samples, tweak based on feedback, and fine-tune until it feels 100% you — just more polished.
3. What’s the difference between copywriting, content writing, and ghostwriting?
Copywriting sells, content writing informs, and ghostwriting does both — in your voice. Think of me as your strategist, storyteller, and translator all in one.
4. What does your writing process look like from start to finish?
It starts with a strategy call, followed by research and voice development. Then I draft, refine, and deliver. You approve every step, and nothing goes live until you love it.
5. How much input will I need to give — and how involved will I be?
You choose your level of involvement. Some clients want to brainstorm every post; others just want content to magically appear in their inbox. I work with both.
6. Can you work with my existing marketing team or agency?
Absolutely. I play well with others — especially if they understand the value of good storytelling.
7. How do revisions work?
Most projects include two rounds of revisions. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s alignment — making sure your brand’s voice hits exactly right.
About Deliverables
8. What kinds of content do you create?
Everything from LinkedIn posts and newsletters to website copy, blog articles, video scripts, and lead magnets. If it requires words that work, it’s in my wheelhouse.
9. Do you help with strategy too, or just the writing?
Both. I don’t just write — I position, plan, and execute. I’ll help you figure out what to say, when to say it, and why it matters.
10. Can you help me create a content calendar or posting plan?
Yes. I create strategic content calendars so you can stay consistent without feeling like you live on LinkedIn.
11. Do you also handle visuals, design, or publishing?
I can coordinate with your designer or VA, and given that I used to recruit creative talent, I have an extensive list of graphic/web designers I can recommend, but my focus is the words — the part that makes people actually care about your brand.
About Confidentiality & Ownership
12. Will people know you wrote my content?
Only if you tell them. I’m your behind-the-scenes storyteller — your secret weapon, not your signature.
13. Who owns the content once it’s written?
You do. 100%. Once it’s paid for, it’s yours to use however you like.
14. Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Of course. Many of my clients require them, and I’m happy to sign one before we begin.
About Pricing & Timelines
15. How much does ghostwriting cost?
It depends on the scope. Most clients invest between $3,000–$7,000 per month for consistent, high-impact content.

16. How long does a typical project take?
Typical turnaround times often depend on the content type and complexity but here are standard industry benchmarks:
Short form social media posts: 1 to 3 business days
Blog posts or LinkedIn articles (800–1500 words): 4 to 7 business days
CEO or executive thought leadership pieces (in-depth, 1500–3000 words): 7 to 14 business days
Whitepapers, ebooks, or research reports: 2 to 4 weeks
Scripts or content series for video/audio: 7 to 10 business days
Newsletters - depend on length and complexity:
Weekly or bi-weekly newsletters (500-1000 words): 3 to 5 business days
Monthly newsletters with multiple sections or curated content: 5 to 7 business days
Rushed or expedited projects may be 25-50% faster but often command premium fees due to intensive work.
These timelines allow for research, drafting, client reviews, and edits while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
17. Do you offer retainers or ongoing packages?
Yes. Most clients prefer monthly retainers for consistent visibility and voice across platforms.
18. What’s the payment structure — do you require a deposit?
Yes —for the 90-minute strategy session, the $500 fee must be paid in full directly on the site prior to the session date. For retainers, auto-payment is due monthly at the start of the billing cycle.
19. How do the Monthly Retainers work?
All monthly retainers require a minimum 6-month commitment. Why? Because results take time, and building a strong brand presence isn’t instant — it’s strategy plus consistency.
Payment secures my time, expertise, and priority for your content, and is non-refundable. After the initial 3 months, either party may end the retainer with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed through the notice period will be billed in full.
Depending on the package you choose, each month includes a specific number of posts, articles, scripts, or revisions, with any additional work quoted separately. This way, you know exactly what you’re getting — and I know exactly what I’m delivering.
Think of it as a partnership: you bring the vision, I bring the words — and together, we make your brand impossible to ignore.
About Results
20. How do you measure success from your ghostwriting work?
Engagement, inbound opportunities, and influence. If your content starts conversations, attracts leads, and opens doors — we’re winning.
21. Will your writing really help me attract clients and investors?
A: I can’t guarantee exact results — there are too many factors outside my control, like timing, market conditions, your network, your personal follow-up, or the sometimes unpredictable nature of your audience. That said, I can guarantee that your messaging will be clear, strategic, and compelling. My work positions you to be noticed, builds credibility, and ensures your brand communicates value consistently. Essentially, I make sure you’re ready for opportunities when they arrive.
22. Do you have samples or case studies of your work?
Yes — I share samples privately since most of my work is ghostwritten. Just ask, and I’ll send a few examples relevant to your industry.
About Fit
23. Who do you typically work with?
Proptech, real estate tech and mortgage founders, real estate professionals, and new homebuilders who want to sound as sharp and credible online as they are in real life.
24. What industries or niches do you specialize in?
Real estate, mortgage, proptech, and personal branding for industry leaders who move markets — not just listings.
25. How do I know if ghostwriting is right for me?
If you have the ideas but not the time (or patience) to turn them into compelling content — ghostwriting is your shortcut to staying visible without burning out.
26. What happens if I’m not sure what I want to say yet?
Perfect. That’s my specialty. I’ll help you uncover your brand voice, clarify your message, and map out your content direction before we ever write a word.
