What I Create

What I create for real estate and mortgage lending leaders

You have expertise. What you don't have is time to turn it into visible authority.

Every week, your voice should be in front of the people who make decisions in your market. Not as just another headshot on the same piece of corporate content. As the person who sees what others are missing.

That's where my bespoke content marketing services come in.

Here are just some of the ways I turn you into the red dot in a sea of gray.

01

LinkedIn Posts

Not just dribs and drabs off the top of your head, but strategic content, each piece with a purpose and a goal. Not spray-and-pray. Not generic advice or information that could come from anyone. Posts that sound like you because they come from your actual experience.

02

Newsletters

Monthly or weekly, depending on your cadence. Long-form thinking that warms your network into buyers and partners.

03

Job Postings & Recruitment Marketing

Copy that attracts the right candidate, not just any applicant. I've spent enough time inside hiring to know the difference.

04

Thought Leadership Essays

Deep dives on the problems you solve and the patterns you've seen. Published under your name, and built to be referenced, shared, and remembered.

05

Lead Magnets

Frameworks, checklists, scorecards. The kind of resource that makes someone say, “This person gets it.”

06

Case Studies

Your wins. Proof that you have the experience and the expertise your targets require.

07

Personal Brand Roadmaps

The positioning architecture that sits underneath everything else. Who you help, what makes you different, why they should trust you.

Success Story 01

Scotsman Guide Top 1% Producer

The top 1% originator for one of the country's leading IMBs needed to recruit more team members, attract more referral partners, and close more deals. They'd been using the company's corporate marketing materials and were active on Instagram and Facebook. But it was going nowhere.

I determined their ideal targets were on LinkedIn. I optimized their LinkedIn profile, got them from zero to thousands of impressions in a matter of months, and attracted the attention of the mortgage industry's key thought leaders. They've now become part of their ranks.

I write all their LinkedIn posts, and people have remarked on how authentic their content is. That's because it's rooted in what they've actually experienced and are seeing in the market. There isn't a single word wasted on motivational quotes. Just real talk about what works.

Three months in, the inbound shifted. Other loan officers and producers started asking their advice. Their recruiter told them that when they first met, they felt like they already knew them because they'd been following their posts. It's their content that has led to more referral partners and entire branches interested in joining their team.

The Outcome

More than half of their new team hires now come from people who saw them on LinkedIn first. Recruitment time dropped 40%. They stopped feeling like they were chasing talent and started being the person talent chased.

Success Story 02

Bootstrapped PropTech Platform Scales to Acquisition

A bootstrapped real estate marketing and data platform needed to build a team from the ground up. It was a bootstrapped early-stage startup with limited budget but a great company culture. They couldn't compete on compensation, so they competed on culture. But nobody knew who they were or what made them different.

I built a content strategy around their values — not the motivational-poster kind, but the real, lived kind. How they actually operated. What they actually believed about serving professionals in the mortgage and real estate space. I created LinkedIn posts, employer branding narratives, and thought leadership pieces that reflected who they were and why working there meant something.

Three years in, they had built a team of operators, developers, product people, and strategists who genuinely believed in what they were building. More importantly, people wanted to stay.

Fast forward: the company was acquired by a major mortgage tech player. And here's the part that matters — many of the people I helped recruit a decade ago are still there. They're now leading product, managing the sales team, and running operations. That's rare in the startup world. Rarer still in sales and tech.

The Outcome

A bootstrapped startup scaled through authentic employer brand. Team built through culture, not just compensation. Successful exit. Institutional knowledge and talent retention that survived acquisition. People who believed in the mission stayed through the transition.

How We Work

The terms

What's included depends on your volume and scope. More posts, more long-form pieces, more strategy depth — the retainer scales with what you actually need.

The Process

  1. Positioning Call

We map out who you actually help and why someone should listen to you instead of the next person saying the same thing. This isn't positioning theater. It's the real differentiator. Everything we write comes from this.

  2. Content Roadmap

I build a roadmap that shows you where we're going and why. You're not winging it. I sequence your posts so they build on each other instead of landing like random thoughts. Four posts a week, targeted, with a reason behind each one.

  3. The Writing

I write the posts and the longer pieces. But they're not coming from me — they're coming from what you've actually seen working in your market, the patterns only you've noticed, the recruiter's perspective nobody else is saying out loud. That's why people pay attention.

  4. Review and Ship

You read what I wrote, tell me if it sounds like you, make any tweaks, and ship it. This is your name on it. It needs to feel like you actually wrote it, because the insights came from you.

  5. Analyze and Iterate

Every two weeks we look at what actually happened. Which posts got the inbound? What made people comment? Where did your ideal targets show up? Then we adjust. I'm watching the data so we're not guessing about what works.

What separates this from buying a monthly content subscription is that you're not getting templates. You're working with someone who knows your market, knows what actually converts your audience into customers or partners, and knows how to write in a voice that sounds like you because it's rooted in your real experience.
